He's previously served as England captain for nine years - but at least he wasn't part of England's embarrassing Euro 2016 defeat on Monday night.
Instead, David Beckham was sharing his ball skills with Chinese school children this week, when he took time out to visit Zhixin High School in Guangzhou city, south China's Guangdong province.
The football ace and father of four, 41, was supporting a campaign by Adidas, which aims to improve the country's sport sector.

London-based David gave the youngsters an invaluable experience and their faces lit up with the opportunity to share the pitch with an international professional.
Former England captain David, a long-time Adidas representative, opened a new store in Guangzhou on Monday and went on to join 30 students at the local primary school.
